Tasty and Easy Homemade Gluten Free Chili

If you're in a hurry and you need a great gluten free recipe, here's one that won't take long. You'll quickly have a nice pot of steaming chili before you know it. Enjoy!

Ingredients You'll Need:

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup of milk
1 onion, medium size and chopped finely
1 medium green pepper, chopped finely
1 tbsp chili powder
1 can (8oz) of gluten free tomato sauce
1 can (16oz) kidney beans


Place the beef, the chopped onion, and the green pepper in a skillet and brown on medium high heat. Avoid over browning. Be sure to drain any oil that is left after browning the meat. Place browned beef and onion in a medium saucepan. Add in the tomato sauce, chili powder, milk, and the kidney beans. Stir up well. Simmer the chili on low to medium heat for about an hour, stirring from time to time to keep from sticking to the pan. If the chili becomes too thick while cooking, a bit of water can be added in.

Serve in bowls with various gluten free toppings.
